From time-to-time we may contact you relating to:

  • Special offers and updates: We send all new users a welcoming email to verify their new account and to confirm their username and password. Established users will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.   • Newsletter: New subscribers may be automatically subscribed to our newsletter. Out of respect for our users privacy we provide a way to opt-out of these communications via the unsubscribe mechanism provided at the bottom of each e-mail.
  • Service Announcements: On rare occasions it may be necessary to send out a service-related announcement to Account holders and Users to notify them of specific outages or system maintenance. It is generally not possible for users to opt-out of these important service-related communications.
  • Customer Support: We communicate with users on a regular basis in response to user-initiated support requests and issues registered through our customer service portal.
